**COVID-19 Update**
October 12th, 2021

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. The Center is currently in an outbreak.  Further updates regarding new positive cases will be provided via text message and email notifications to patients and their representatives.

CDC County Community Transmission Level and Percent Positivity: High – decreased to 9.6%.
Testing Frequency for Staff and Patients: While in an outbreak, patients and staff are tested every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received education on appropriate PPE utilization.
