**COVID-19 Update**
November 3rd, 2021

We hope that November is starting off well for you.  The Center is currently in an outbreak. We will provide notification of additional positive results by text message and email.

CDC County Community Transmission Level: High 
Testing: While in an outbreak, patients and staff are tested every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result. Staff members are tested twice weekly.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received education on appropriate PPE utilization.
Visitation: We ask that you schedule your visits as all visits will temporarily be held in the lobby or outdoors, with the exception of compassionate care visits. To schedule a visit, click this link: https://chasecity-rehab.com/patient-visitation/.
