**Update May 26th, 2021**

As we approach the Memorial Day holiday weekend, we want to express our gratitude to the women and men who gave their lives while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. We will be celebrating throughout the weekend with visits, a cookout and bingo. We wish everyone a safe and healthy holiday!  

County Positivity Rate:  Decreased to 2.4%.
Testing Frequency for Staff and Patients: Unvaccinated staff are tested weekly based on the county positivity rate. Patients and staff may be tested as needed based on symptoms, exposure, or during an outbreak.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff receive ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
