We hope you are enjoying your summer.
Given the rate of COVID-19 vaccination among staff and patients in the Center and the low number of positive cases in the Center this year, the information in our weekly updates has remained fairly unchanged in recent weeks. For this reason, we will begin posting the weekly COVID-19 updates to the Center’s website exclusively beginning August 9th, reserving text message and email notifications for positive case notifications and significant updates to Center operations such as visitation and special events as necessary. Our goal is to post the weekly update by Wednesday of each week.
We are committed to continuing to provide you with the most current information regarding COVID-19 in the Center on a weekly basis and as situations develop. The weekly COVID-19 updates may be viewed on the Center’s website: https://chasecity-rehab.com/covid19-updates/.
County Positivity Rate: Increased to 8.0%.
Testing Frequency for Staff and Patients: While in an outbreak, patients and staff are tested every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
