New Visitation Procedures
Effective 9.30.22

Effective immediately, visitors are no longer required to stop at the kiosk/front desk area to answer COVID-19 screening questions. Instructional signs will be posted at entrances to the Center reminding visitors to delay visitation if they are positive for COVID-19, or have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, nausea, headache, sore throat, body aches), or if they have had close contact with someone who is positive for COVID-19 and cannot wear a face covering or face mask.

When community transmission levels are high everyone is expected to wear source control, for example wearing a face covering or face mask while in the Center.

When community transmission levels are NOT high then masks are not required for source control except when the Center is in an outbreak. Instructional signs will be posted to remind visitors whether face masks/coverings are required.

Please continue follow other instructional signs posted throughout the Center. Contact the Administrator, DON, or ADON for any questions you may have.
