Shining Star of the Month- September 2019
Chase City Health and Rehab Center’s Shining Star for September is Jasmine.
Jasmine is a new CNA to Chase City Health & Rehab Center. Even though she has only been here a short time, she has already made a great impression on our residents and staff. She has great teamwork skills, always helps out on her days off, and with pick up days for her co-workers. The staff in the Memory Care Unit, where she works, has only good things to say about her!
A resident who nominated Jasmine said, “Jasmine is a nice, new CNA. She is very caring and awesome to work with!”
