Observed February 1st-7th, National Patient Recognition Week is a week for healthcare providers to reflect on patient care and their dedication to patient satisfaction.

At Chase City Health & Rehab, we love our patients. Throughout this week, we’re be showcasing some of our patients. These individuals are just a few patients that we get to serve. Mary Warren

Mary Warren has been at this center for almost 3 years and is an inspiration to us all here at Chase City Health & Rehab.

She has the type of spirit that instantly make you feel better. She has a smile for everyone and even a hug if needed. She is very active in the center but music is her passion. Mary attends all music activities and listens to music in between. Even, plays our center guitar in the hall for everyone to here.

Mary’s spirit is kind and beautiful, just like her.
