On behalf of Chase City Health & Rehab Center, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Tammy Rockwell, LPN!

Tammy Rockwell, LPN, has been a nurse for 10 years and employed with Chase City Health and Rehab for 8  years.  Currently, she has taken on the role of interim Unit Manager and is the facility’s Wound Nurse, while completing her certification studies. 

During the past several months, Tammy has gone above and beyond her job descriptions. She has helped out on the floor and assisted with countless changes that have been implemented while traveling to other sister facilities to lend a helping hand.   Tammy’s work ethic, dedication to the center, and compassion for our residents shine through in all she does. We are honored to have her a part of our team!
