Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met. Outbreak testing has been initiated and will continue for all patients and staff who meet testing criteria until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.
