Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to provide you with the most current information regarding visitation at Chase City Health & Rehab Center. Due to the high level of community transmission of COVID-19, indoor visits will take place either in the Center lobby or outdoors, with the exception of compassionate care visits. We ask that your visits be scheduled in advance by using our online scheduler or by contacting the Center at 434-372-8885.
