Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff members has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual has not worked in the Center since October 15, 2021 and will recover at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

We will continue outbreak testing until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result. Visitation continues to be scheduled and will be temporarily held in the lobby or outdoors, with the exception of compassionate care visits.
