Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient has tested positive for COVID-19. All patients have been tested, and there are no additional positive results to report. We will continue outbreak testing every 3-7 days for patients and staff members until the Center is 14 days without a positive result.

We ask that you schedule your visits as all visits will temporarily be held in the lobby or outdoors, with the exception of compassionate care visits.
