Dear Patients and Families,

I am writing to share news that a patient who had been recently admitted to the Center has tested positive for COVID-19.  The patient is no longer in the Center. 

The Center has initiated outbreak testing and there have been no additional positive results.  All patients and staff will be tested every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.
