Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 1 patient and 3 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19 during outbreak testing. Each of the positive staff members will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. We continue to screen all staff members prior to the start of each shift and test in accordance with CDC recommendations. The positive patient has been relocated to the “hot unit”.
