Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria has been met.  

As a reminder, cumulative positive cases are tracked and reported each week on the Center’s website. We will continue to report new positive results as they occur via email and text messages using the contact information that has been provided to the Center.
