At Chase City Health & Rehab Center, we find importance in higher education and certifications.  Whenever an employee decides to take on the challenge of furthering themselves, we find ways to help them and put them in positions for success.  At our facility, we encourage our employees to strive for greatness and know they can achieve anything.  This is exactly what happened to our Dietary Manager, Sandra Tucker.

Dietary ManagementWe’re proud to announce that Sandra has completed the Certifying Board for Dietary Manager’s course requirements and credentialing exam!

With this certification, she is now a Certified Dietary Manager and a Certified Food Protection Professional. She also received her Professional Membership to the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals.

A Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional has the education and experience to perform a dietary manager’s responsibilities competently and has proven this by passing the nationally-recognized CDM Credentialing Exam and fulfilling the requirements in food safety and sanitation. CDM, CFPPs work together with Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to provide quality nutritional care for clients in various non-commercial settings and perform a myriad of specialized tasks.

This is an outstanding achievement, and everyone at Chase City Health & Rehab Center is very proud of her!
