The Associate of the Quarter program is designed to promote and reward outstanding performance by staff at Chase City Health & Rehab Center. The Leadership team seeks to recognize employees who exemplify excellence through their daily commitment to the facility. It is through the hard work and dedication of these staff members that make our success possible.

Our Administrator and HR Department will review the nominations submitted by peers, family members, and residents each quarter.  To be eligible for the award, the nominees must be employed for 180 days and in good standing- no corrective actions in the last year.  

The Employee of the Quarter will receive a $100 cash award and a certificate of recognition presented by the Administrator and their Supervisor. In addition, a congratulatory letter will be given to the Employee from the CEO and/or COO of CCR.  

As an additional recognition of merit, all qualified Employee of the Quarter winners will be entered into the nomination pool for the Associate of the Year Award. 

Today, Chase City Health & Rehab Center is happy to announce the Associate of the Quarter- Summer 2021 is Chantell White, CNA.

Chantell has been with Chase City Health & Rehab Center for over three years and currently works the night shift on Unit 1.  She was nominated by residents, family members, and peers for her ability to go beyond what is required of her.  She picks up extra shifts, willing to help others, and rarely calls out.  She always has a positive attitude!  Residents, who nominated Chantell, said she treats them like family.  

Whenever Chase City Health & Rehab Center receives a new patient or resident, Chantell offers her input to help make the transition process smoother.  

“Chantell is a wonderful employee. Her dedication and compassion for the residents show in her daily work,” says Robin Parrott, Administrator.  “It is a joy to have her as part of Chase City’s family.”
