This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases a wonderful employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. Someone who exemplifies our mission of giving the best possible care and compassion to our patients, residents, and the community.

April’s Shining Star Award goes to two of our Certified Nursing Assistants that displays our service excellence qualities in their day to day activities. 

Karen Oliver has been employed with Chase City Health & Rehab Center for 13 years! As a shining star within our company, she consistently goes above and beyond for her residents. She will often work extra shifts to help out her co-workers and will always do what is needed to make sure her residents receive the best care. Great job Karen!

Brandie Overbey has been re-employed with Chase City Health & Rehab Center for 6 months but previously worked for 9 years and as a shining star within our in our company. She was nominated by Resident Council for always being kind and making sure the residents have everything they need. Thank you, Brandie, for everything you do!
