Each month, our leadership team gets together to select a team member who demonstrated unique and exceptional acts of customer service during the previous month. This recognition, known as our Shining Star Program, showcases a wonderful employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. Someone who exemplifies our mission of giving the best possible care and compassion to our patients, residents, and the community.

Our March’s Shining Star Award goes to Marcy DeSantis, Unit 2 & Garden Manager. She has been employed with Chase City Health & Rehab Center for 8 years and displays our service excellence qualities in her day-to-day activities.

Marcy goes above and beyond to help all of her staff by lending a helping hand on the floor. She is described as being a “professional and compassionate person.”
