March 31, 2011 – 6:30 PM – Family Night on March 30, 2011
Chase City Health & Rehab will host a combination Family Night and Community Information session to promote our latest service – Outpatient Therapy. Bobby Maxwell and K.B. Wilkerson from Genesis Rehab will be presenting information on Outpatient Therapy including Vital Stim and also will be giving information on Alzheimer Dementia. Nursing Staff will be on hand for blood pressure checks and glucose screening.
