Want to know why our center is so awesome? It’s because of our wonderful employees who go above & beyond for our residents & patients. In a new segment called “Meet & Greet Mondays”, we will be introducing you to an employee whose smiling face you will see around our center.
Tracy Hylton- LPN:
Tracy Hylton has been employed at Chase City Health & Rehab for 7 years as an LPN, holding many roles from charge nurse, wound care nurse, unit manager and currently MDS assistant. She has been a nurse for 12 years. She has been married for 14 years and has 3 daughters: Kayla age 10, Kensley age 7, and Kymber age 4. Her spare time is spent enjoying family!
