Just a note to thank you for all the care and effort given Mary Furr. You were all wonderful and the attention provided Mrs. Furr could not have been better. I want to thank you also for being so kind with helping me handle the logistics. I’d recommend Chase City Health & Rehabilitation Center to anyone — God Bless you all.

Thank you all — nurses, aides, everyone — in helping our mother Ruby Lenhart to recover from her hip injury. I’m glad she is back in Chase City and it is good for her husband, James, of 66 yrs. together. We appreciate that you work so hard and you are always smiling and patient and kind to Ruby. Hope this little gift will help you snack through a few days. We will try to help you with Ruby as much as we can. Thanks again for everything you do.

There are no words that can truly express the care and kindness all of you gave to both Dad and Mom while they were residents at the nursing home. Losing both of them within 10 months of each other has been difficult.
We want to thank all of you for the love, care, and sharing of yourselves you gave to both my parents. Each day it hard not to pick up the phone to call and find out how they are doing. Over the last 5 months of mother’s illness, I truly felt she needed to be in the nursing home under your care, with people who loved her in a special way and who made sure she was okay. Mother had special needs and all of you did your best to meet her needs.
We will come by for a visit when we come to Chase City. Thanks for all you did. It would be nice to talk to all of you and personally thank you, but I know how busy you are caring for your patients. Thanks to all of you!

We, the family of Pinkey A. Friend, would like to take this opportunity to say “thanks” for all that was done for Miss Pinkey during her stay there. The facility is a very beautiful and warm place to be. The staff provided her with much love and care; and for those attributes we are really grateful. I appreciate the professionalism over the phone when I couldn’t always get there to see her. I honestly thank you for all the phone calls on matters concerning Miss Pinkey. On her homegoing, she was really pretty and appeared to be at rest. She was really a character.
